Once you become a Warrington Homes client we assess the viability of your project to ensure that the brief and expectations can be met within the scope of works, planning, building regulations and budget. As the design phase evolves we reassess the likely project costs and discuss our findings with you. Once the design is complete we present it to you using accurate, computer generated drawings with floor plans elevations and specifications. We can even arrange a 3D computer model and walk through if required.
