Michael Warrington of Warrington homes is responsible for renewing our bathroom in 2005. As a result of his good work we are in the process of planning to use Michael to take charge of our kitchen renovation that includes major structural work. Michael Warrington is in our view a true exception today. He uses the best subcontractors, understands everything they may be doing and is always monitoring them. He is always in communication with us during a project (he has done many for us). In addition he monitors costs very closely and quotes realistically. Hence we have no hesitation in recommending Michael.

We used Warrington Homes for a complete reno of our 1970s home including removal of some internal walls and relocation of internal stairs. The workmanship was second to none.
